Social Skill Group Gentle Minds, Transitioned Minds and Creative Minds STARTS MARCH 2024; AGES 6-10 It's great to know that you offer fee-for-service therapy with various options for your clients. This approach allows flexibility an d accessibility to a wider range of individuals who may need therapy. Here's a breakdown of your fee structure: Intake Evaluation: $225 This is typically the first session where the therapist assesses the client's needs and develops a treatment plan. 60-Minute Session : $215 This is the standard rate for a 50 minute-hour therapy session. 45-Minute Follow-Up Session: $150 This option provides a more concise follow-up session for clients who may not need full session and or emergency. Sliding Scale Based on Income : This is a great feature that can make therapy more accessible for those with lower incomes. The exact scale and rates would depend on your specific practice, but it typically involves adjusting the fee based on a client's income or financial situation. If you feel you may qualify, please request a sliding scale application to determine rates before the appointment. Prepay Discounted Rates: Offering discounts for clients who choose to prepay for multiple sessions can incentivize commitment to therapy. The specific discount amount would depend on your practice policy. By providing a range of options, you are accommodating clients with different needs and financial situations, which can help improve access to mental health services. It's also a good business strategy to offer discounts for prepayment as it encourages client commitment and can help with your practice's financial stability. Make sure to communicate your fee structure clearly to potential clients and provide them with options that suit their needs and budget. Prepay Rates sessions have to be scheduled at least every 14 days; payments are forfeited if a session is not scheduled in 30 days. Cancellation Policy At Wings of Eagles, we value your time, as well as the time of our dedicated therapists. To provide the best care and ensure that all our clients receive the attention they deserve, we have established the following appointment cancellation and no-show policy: Cancelling an Appointment: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel a scheduled appointment. To do so, we kindly request that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice. This gives us the opportunity to accommodate other clients and make the most of our available time slots. Late Cancellations: If you do not cancel your appointment with a 24-hour notice or fail to show up, you may be responsible for paying the full cost of the session. We know that unexpected situations can arise, and we do take that into consideration. Therapist's Discretion: Our therapists have the discretion to waive the cancellation fee in certain circumstances. They will evaluate the reasons for the late cancellation and make a decision accordingly. We aim to be understanding and supportive whenever possible. Respecting Your Time and Ours: Your time is important, and so is the time of our therapists. We ask for your courtesy and cooperation in adhering to this policy. By respecting our appointment scheduling, you help us maintain the quality of care we provide to all our clients. Limitations: For the benefit of all our clients, we reserve the right to refuse scheduling an appointment if there are three or more instances of no-call, no-show, or late cancellations. This program allows them to maintain a relationship with their parents while a permanency plan is developed. Our Program Highlights: Supervised Visitation: Our program offers supervised visitation services, ensuring a secure and structured setting for children and their non-custodial parents to spend quality time together. Professional Visitation Monitors: Our dedicated team of professional visitation monitors ensures the safety of the children during these visits. They provide accurate and unbiased documentation for each visit, putting the well-being of the children at the forefront. Neutrality and Objectivity: Our professional providers are not related to either parent and have no emotional investment in the outcome. This neutrality guarantees that monitoring is impartial and solely focused on the children's safety and well-being. Payment: We compensate our professional providers for their services, maintaining the professionalism and structure of our program. My journey began in 2001 when I started as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a role that reaffirmed my dedication to helping others. It became evident that my true passion was in the realm of mental health services. As I pursued my master's degree, I gained valuable experience in various roles, including Program Manager for intellectually delayed adults, In-Home Behavioral Specialist, and Mental Health Case Manager for both youth and adults. My academic journey culminated with a practicum at Advanced Behavior Health in Minnesota, where I specialized in treating adults with diverse developmental delays. Upon returning to my home state of Wisconsin, I continued to build my expertise as a Crisis worker and CLTS Case Manager. Ultimately, my commitment to making a difference led me to establish Wings of Eagles Counseling Clinic. Youth Group Homes Eagles House that provides a safe and supportive living environment for young men aged 12-17 who have been removed from their homes for various reasons. The primary goal appears to be to offer a supportive space for these young individuals to develop life skills while working towards reuniting with their families or transitioning into independent adulthood. Our program might include various components such as: Safe Living Space: Providing a secure, nurturing, and safe environment for the residents. Life Skills Development: Offering programs or support to help these young men acquire essential life skills such as cooking, budgeting, job skills, and other necessary competencies for independent living. Therapeutic Support: Offering counseling, therapy, or mental health support to address the emotional and psychological needs of the residents. You can request a screening to determine your eligibility for the program. The screening process is conducted by a case manager in your county. If you are already a part of CCS and have unmet service needs, you can discuss these with your county CCS Facilitator and recovery team. They can help you explore how Wings of Eagles Counseling Clinic, LLC can provide the support you require.
